Communicate in a language you define when setting up a supplier profile: Keep all communicators in the JobEnrolls. This is the only way that JobEnrolls can protect you and your rights. Do not tolerate malicious behaviour. JobEnrolls recommends that you provide a "special offer" to the buyer to meet the buyer's specific requirements. Try to drive traffic to other sites or sell unrelated products, abuse our referral system, or make false claims to other members of the community.
As a seller, you must try to reach an agreement between the two parties, and both parties are satisfied with the results. Cancellation of an order can adversely affect the buyer's experience and may result in the seller losing time and money. You must address most of the options available in the customer support center. If there is no other way to save the order, you can use the Cancel option. When evaluating suppliers, JobEnrolls realized that certain cancellations were inevitable, so this cancellation had little impact on your performance score. The cancelled amount is deducted from 100% of the total order. Minimize cancellations, just make sure you show the skills that match your skills. Don't provide things you can't do or things you are not qualified to do. As a distributor, you should display the most recent work correctly and determine the appropriate delivery time. We work with your buyers quickly and efficiently to make sure you line up. If you receive an order, make sure you have all the information you need to get started. If you are not sure, we recommend that you contact the buyer immediately for clarification. You must do your best to deliver on time. Plan your business accordingly and make sure your delivery time is realistic. When the order is too late, it is automatically cancelled, which produces negative feedback. Avoid being late, this behaviour is unacceptable. Sending a delivery to avoid being late is a violation of JobEnrolls's Terms of Service and may result in your account. The delivered work must be described in the order, taking into account the buyer's requirements and inputs in order to achieve high-quality work delivery.
